Workout Update: Stairs, Sickness, Races, Etc.

It’s been a while since I updated, I’ve got 16 things going at once here – par for my course.

Since the beginning of 2012 – I’ve been at less than optimum health / performance. Hoping that’s all in the past as I get going here and on track to be one of the top 100 stair climbers in the world in 2012.

There is a race in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia coming up that I may do… Menora Towers.

Watch the video, I detail what’s been going on and where I’m at. There are about 5 stair climbing races in Asia this year that I can maybe hit. If I just do a couple I’ll be happy enough.

Yesterday’s workout was amazing… 45 minutes of running, then a quick one up the mountain. Felt awesome. Maybe the sore throat and exhaustion have disappeared. Will see during next workout – tomorrow if I don’t do anything with Alfred today.
