Running is Improving

I did some laps around the local water reservoirs the other night. Here are my average miles pace for each lap:

lap 1 – 6:51 per mile
lap 2 – 7:23 per mile
lap 3 – 7:48 per mile
lap 4 – 7:48 per mile
lap 5 – 7:02 per mile
lap 6 – walked

So, improving already on the runs – which is VERY good news considering the first couple times I ran at 9+ minute per mile pace per lap.

Will do mountain today possibly… see how much affect the run has on my climbing.

Diet Yesterday

Bfast – meusli and soy milk (about 500 cals).
Lunch – 2 ramen noodle soups – about 500 cals
Dinner – 2 corn on cob and little bit of pumpkin soup and 1 cup rice – about 350 cals

I spent 400 cals running, so net intake 500+500+350-400 = 950.
