
Sticking to my diet, and it’s not difficult at all when food like this is always available!
Dragon fruit is one of natures most perfect fruits, for dieting. If you can get them – eat many of them, instead of having a calorie filled meal.
If you eat two whole dragon fruit, you won’t need anything else for lunch.
Same with two whole corn on the cob.
Side benefit – they keep you regular.
